Confidence crisis; ready to crumble under pressure. Any advice, or motivational sayings?

A bit of background: I was the highest achieving student at school. I’m now in college (English college, not US university-style college), the level of work has been upped, everyone in my classes is competitive and clever and intimidating. The next two years will decide on the course of my entire life, and I’ve never been more scared. My first exams are in January. I was keeping up so well in the first six weeks, but now I’m falling behind a bit. Please help.
